## Hi, I’m Pedro – a UX/UI Designer helping organizations create seamless digital experiences.

For the past 5 years, I’ve focused on designing and improving institutional websites
at the Technical School IFPR, where I used design to achieve incredible results:

 * **10% annual user growth** across multiple sites
 * **5 million visitors** and **17 million page views** over 4 years
 * Improved usability, leading to greater engagement and retention

I combine my background in graphic design, web development, and participatory design
to bridge the gap between beautiful visuals and functional, user-friendly products.
My expertise spans the entire design process, from research and ideation to polished
final products that deliver value for both users and businesses.

At IFPR, I introduced UX strategies that transformed the institution’s digital presence.
I also empowered teams by creating training materials, guides, and workshops that
ensured our success was sustainable long after each project was launched.
